Ubuntu Server 16.04のVagrant + Core OSで「Installing the 'vagrant-ignition' plugin」エラー

さくらVPSでVagrant & VirtualboxでCore OSを立ち上げようとしたらエラーになったので、解決策を探してみました。

更新日: 2018.7.17公開日: 2017.9.7

結論から言うと解決できてない。
ただ、何をやったかだけメモとして残します。

vagrant-ignitionをインストールすればいいのかな？と思って、

同じエラー。

Virtualbox側がまずい？と思って、おもむろにバージョンチェックしてみると、

virtualbox -v

Qt WARNING: VirtualBox: cannot connect to X server

X serverがないと。インストールしてみます。

sudo apt-get -y install xserver-xorg　x11-xserver-utils

再度チャレンジ。

virtualbox -v

Qt WARNING: VirtualBox: cannot connect to X server

ダメ。

というか、Virtualboxってデスクトップ環境なしだと動かない？？
