さくらVPS 3コア・2GBでUnixbenchを取ってみました。リージョンは東京です。

$ sudo apt-get install make gcc git

同価格帯のクラウドサーバー・Google Compute Engine f1-smallが1029.8だったので、シングルコアでもGoogle Compute Engine f1-smallに勝ってます。劇的にコスパがいいですね。
これくらいのスペックになると、CDNなどを上手に使えば、通常のサイトなら100万PVとかでも余裕で捌けそうです。
